Just had Dirty make a call on this to get the facts. She died of natural causes related to HIV a few months ago.

Very sad
I'll add her to the Fallen Angels site soon.

You know if she was a big time celeb it would of been on the front page of all the papers that she died and what from,
How and what you may have died from is not as important as how you lived and the legacy you leave behind.
but also I don't know if she escorted or not, but wouldn't be a greater disservice that those that may have seen her are not told what happen, at least now it will give them the incentive to get tested and get some treatment if needed.
